We have coordinated a team for consulting and construction management services with a combined expertise of over 100 years. With this team, we have the expertise for undertaking projects of varying size and complexity. Along with J.E. Novack, our team includes Mike Sharks, with Sharks & Sharks General Contractors and Lynn Whitt with The Challenge Group. Mike Sharks is one of the most respected minority contractors in the area. His company has constructed major local projects including the Lambert International Airport Expansion, Phase I. Lynn has had oversight of major local projects such as the Edward Jones Dome and the Lambert Airport Expansion, Phase I. His out of town projects include the Bank One Ballpark in Phoenix, Arizona and the Universal Studios Theme Park Expansion in Orlando, Florida.

With this group, our capabilities include
