Novack, P.E., an engineer graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, J.E. Novack Construction Company remains a family-owned and operated company headquartered in St. Louis. We have a diverse history of experience in the institutional, design/build and commercial markets. This experience gives us the ability to understand the goals of our clients and to clearly communicate the goals to all the principles involved with each project. Utilizing computer technology, computer-aided drafting and scheduling, we provide the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency our clients expect. Our individual bonding capacity exceeds $20 million dollars. While we have the capability of self-performing much of our work with our own trained union forces, we realize the value of quality sub-contractors to all our projects. We have built strong relationships with companies in the area and strive to utilize the best-qualified subcontractors for each project. Partnering and joint venturing with the owners, architects and subcontractors gives us the additional capability to take on projects of any size or complexity.
