JE Novack Construction have been general contractors for over 60 years. Our experience gives us a unique understanding of what it takes to complete a project on time and within a budget.

By listening and analyzing, we select the correct approach to each project. Our staff understands we are looking to build buildings and lasting relationships with our clients.

Construction Management

J.E. Novack has the capacity for consulting and construction management services as an alternative to the design-bid-build approach.

As construction managers we can offer an owner our experience in coordinating the overall planning of construction projects varying in size and complexity.

We have the ability to coordinate all project functions, estimating, value engineering, reviews, scheduling, cost control, and safety and ultimately deliver a successful project.

Design-Build

J.E. Novack is a state licensed architecture and construction firm and have successfully partnered with outside firms and find it a mutually rewarding experience. We have completed a number of successful design-build projects over the years.

For the owner the benefit of the design-build approach is that one party is responsible for the development of the project. A single source control for the entire project from architectural design to completion of the construction can streamline the process, making it more efficient and economical.

We understand that cooperation and understanding of the design objectives are essential and as contractors we can collaborate or self perform the architectural services required.
